1.) Place an order only if you are 101% certain.2.) Shop Shirizu reserves the right to decline service to rude, impatient, and demanding buyers.3.) Changes and cancellations cannot be made once an order is placed.4.) Down payment is non-refundable, except if the item runs out of stocks and will no longer be restocked.5.) All items are official and brand-new unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned items may show signs of usage, please manage your expectations and consider their condition before ordering.6.) Shipping of balikbayan boxes via sea cargo takes approximately 5-7 weeks after departure from Japan. These are estimates only and may be subject to potential delays.7.) While ensuring that all items are safe and well-packed, Shop Shirizu cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit to either the Philippines or the buyer’s address.8.) An arrival notice will be issued to all buyers once their orders arrive at Shop Shirizu's local address. Buyers will have 30 days to settle their outstanding balances. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their orders along with the non-refundable downpayment. Similarly, if there is no response (e.g., inbox left unread or seen-zoned) within 14 days, the same action will be taken.9.) Consolidating orders are allowed, but all balances must be settled once the items arrive in the Philippines, regardless of their dispatch dates for consolidation.10.) Items with issues will not be shipped without prior notice. Returns and refunds will only be considered for defective items if a clear unboxing video of the parcel is provided.By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Shop Shirizu.

Wait for your order to arrive in the Philippines, approximately 5-7 weeks ETA after it has been shipped from Japan.7.) Once your order arrives in the Philippines, an arrival notice will be sent to you via DM.9.) Settle your remaining balance within the given period.10.) If your order is not for consolidation, please fill out the Shipping Form to have it delivered.
