TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.) Place an order only if you are 101% certain.2.) Shop Shirizu reserves the right to decline service to rude, impatient, and demanding buyers.3.) Changes and cancellations cannot be made once an order is placed.4.) If an item has already been secured and cancellation is requested, the downpayment will serve as the cancellation fee and will not be refunded. If the downpayment has not yet been settled, it must still be paid as a cancellation fee. If there is a fully paid item being held at Shop Shirizu, its release will be withheld until the cancellation fee has been settled.5.) Down payment is non-refundable, except if the item runs out of stock and will no longer be restocked.6.) All items are official and brand-new unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned items may show signs of usage, please manage your expectations and consider their condition before ordering.For items purchased from second-hand shops, Shop Shirizu shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, discrepancies, undisclosed flaws, or differences between the expected and actual condition of the item.7.) Shipping is done by batch, and each box must be filled before it can be shipped from the Japan address. All shipments are sent via sea cargo through NETA, which takes approximately 5-7 weeks from departure from Japan.The overall estimated delivery time is around 2-3 months, including the usual delays. While this is a general estimated timeframe, delivery may take significantly longer due to inclement weather, holiday periods, customs, port congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control.8.) While ensuring that all items are safe and well-packed, Shop Shirizu cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit to either the Philippines or the buyer’s address.9.) An arrival notice will be issued to all buyers once their orders arrive at Shop Shirizu’s local address. Buyers will have 30 days to settle their outstanding balances. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their orders along with the non-refundable downpayment.10.) Consolidating orders are allowed, but all balances must be settled once the items arrive in the Philippines, regardless of their dispatch dates for consolidation.11.) Items with issues will not be shipped without prior notice. Returns and refunds will only be considered for defective items if a clear unboxing video of the parcel is provided.12.) Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Shop Shirizu, including failure to settle required payments, may result in being prohibited from making future purchases from Shop Shirizu. Banned accounts may be posted or listed on Shop Shirizu’s banned list.By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Shop Shirizu.

Wait for the invoice confirmation and additional information regarding your order.4.) Settle the required downpayment within the given period. No confirmed payment, no order.5.) Regularly check for updates posted via #ShopShirizuUpdates on Facebook, as well as the Masterlist, which contains other important details regarding your order.6.) Wait for your order to arrive in the Philippines. The estimated shipping time is approximately 5-7 weeks after departure from Japan.7.) Once your order arrives in the Philippines, an arrival notice will be sent via DM.8.) Settle the remaining balance within the given period.9.) If your order is not for consolidation, fill out the Shipping Form to have your order delivered.
